CallMe is an efficient background utility that notifies you of missed calls and unread SMS. CallMe respects your profile so it will only notify you when you want to be notified.
Its a pretty handy utility: there have been countless times where I do not hear a call or an SMS. With CallMe you will not have to worry about not answering that important SMS or call in time.

I want to try out call me but I need to install it from a Mac. Could you make the .cab available instead of just the exe?

I want to trial your Call Me program but do not know how to install the required Microsoft’s .Net Compact Framework 2. I copied the MSI file into my phone and tried to execute it, but this is obviously not the correct method.

To install .Net Compact Framework on your device you just need to install it from your desktop. No need to copy the MSI file to your phone, just install the msi file you downloaded on your desktop and it will update the device connected to your computer.
